Fake product review by competitor. What would you do in this situation?
I have noticed that lately my product is suddenly getting multiple one star reviews in a single day while regular flow of product reviews have been five stars.
These reviews are professionally written, long and over 60% words or phrases are the same. After further analysis of these buyers, I discovered they have only two reviews posted in their history. The other one is a five star review on a product sold by a chines competitor.
This is a clear violation of Amazon policies by seller for product review manipulation.
I am the brand owner and registered with Amazon brand registry.
What would be the best approach to report this to get actions from Amazon?
I truly appreciate everyone's support to fellow Amazon sellers to navigate Amazon world together.

Hello! @Seller_AWak2AZyzhw16
This is Roberto. I wanted to follow up on your post.
I can definitely understand how this can negatively affect your products. We encourage filing a report against the reviews you consider that are fake using the steps below:
- From the product detail page, find the review in question.
- Click the “Report abuse” link and follow the steps to report the review.
- You can also email community-help@amazon.com and report the review there (but know you’re not likely to get a reply from this alias, even if they take action).
We take these reports seriously, and we will take appropriate actions when needed.
