I am facing an issue where 12 of my orders were refunded to customers, but the items were not returned to my inventory due to Amazon non-returnable policy. While I understand the refund process, I am concerned that if customers continue receiving refunds without returning the items, I will face a significant loss.

That is the risk you take when selling items that are non-returnable per Amazon's policies. It says right on the product detail page for your perfume that the items are non-returnable.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your non-returnable refund situation. Double-check your listings - make sure they're not accidentally marked non-returnable on your end. I am assuming you've submitted cases for each of these orders?
