Request for Review of Refunds and Non-Returned Units

Dear Amazon Community,

I am facing an issue where 12 of my orders were refunded to customers, but the items were not returned to my inventory due to Amazon non-returnable policy. While I understand the refund process, I am concerned that if customers continue receiving refunds without returning the items, I will face a significant loss.

Can Amazon please review this issue and consider reimbursing the units that were refunded to customers? This situation is affecting my ability to manage inventory and finances effectively, and any assistance or clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

That is the risk you take when selling items that are non-returnable per Amazon's policies. It says right on the product detail page for your perfume that the items are non-returnable.
