Help!!) Making a medical product non-returnable
We sell breast pumps and we needed them to be marked as "non-returnable due to safety reason"
Our products are currently marked as "90-days return"
I am attaching the picture to show you what non-returnable should look like.

I have been contacting Amazon agents to do it, it has been a month, I had to contact them 5 times so far.
This is a summary of what Amazon has said, and what I have done:
1. They said that product category and subcategory wasn't set right so they updated the product internally and told me to wait 48 hours
-> didn't show up as non-returnable
2. They said I have to refresh the inventory
-> I refreshed the inventory (delete, wait 24 hours, re-upload), it didn't show up as non-returnable
3. They said I have to set "user-return-policy" to "non-returnable" in the feed file, and update
-> that attribute doesn't exist in the file
4. They said I have to set category and subcategory value to certain number that updates my products as "non-refundable"
-> "Category", "sub-category" doesn't exist in the listing loader file, I tried to change the "product type" and "item-keyword" instead with the provided numbers -> didn't work, invalid value
5. They said the numbers that agent 4 provided are internal use only, and I can't set them myself. They said they have to update product category again (same thing as the first agent) and they said I have to provide the company link as an evidence, told me to wait until they process it -> currently waiting for their response
I really really really want to get this done so bad. Has anyone done this before? What should I do?
I have been dealing with this for almost two months now and I feel like the agents don't know how to handle this and so far everyone said different things, and non of them worked so far. Help me! Thank you

As hard as you try, Amazon has a BIG flaw. Even though a product is listed as non-returnable, RFS lets the item be returned with no question. This problem has been going on since the inception of EFS and Amazon still has not fixed it.
