Appeal for Reinstatement of Amazon Seller Account

I am writing to appeal the deactivation of my Amazon seller account. Several months ago, I established an Amazon seller account under my LLC. Shortly after its creation, my account was deactivated, and I was requested to provide documentation for address verification. In response, I diligently submitted all the necessary documents, including utility bills, internet bills, LLC documents, and bank statements. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, my application was rejected.
Undeterred, I decided to create a second seller account using the same information. Surprisingly, this time, Amazon accepted my documents, and my account was successfully activated. However, my elation was short-lived as my second account was also deactivated shortly thereafter and linked to my original account.
This discrepancy has left me perplexed and concerned. I am at a loss as to why the documents I provided were deemed acceptable for one account but not for the other. As a responsible seller committed to adhering to Amazon's policies and guidelines, I seek clarification on this matter to rectify any misunderstandings and ensure compliance moving forward.
