Getting Ungated

Hey I was wondering if you can get ungated from a certain brand from just ordering the products from there official site or from a site like Walmart if they have it for sell on there to use that invoice to get Ungated?

It is important to remember that being allowed by Amazon to list something for sale does not mean that you have the right to sell it. It just means Amazon does not object.

And Amazon will be assuming that you do have permission from the brand owner.

First approach the brand. Obtain written permission to sell. Find out from the brand owner where you should source -- list of their authorized distributors.

Order from there.

Now you have the letter of authorization and an acceptable invoice.

No, you cannot buy retail for gated categories.

Hey @Seller_7DGuzMFti7zs9, the other seller on the thread gave solid guidance here, but I'd like to provide some links to further info. You will need to have written permission from the brand itself, in the form of a Letter of Authorization. You will also need to submit invoices for your inventory (invoices, not receipts, so you would have trouble with this if you simply order from Walmart or other retail channels) from authorized distributors.
