This “2024 IN Seller Forums” contest (“Contest”) is provided to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited, 8th Floor, Brigade Gateway 26/1 Dr. Rajkumar Road Bangalore - 560055, Karnataka, India (“Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and privacy notice applicable to you. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean a seller participant in the Contest.

No purchase or payment required to enter or win. The Contest begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the linked announcement for the Contest (e.g., the post on Seller Forums, email, social media, and Seller Central). To participate, You must be:

• a legal resident of India and 18 years of age or older.

• you should be located in India;

• you should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;

• you must have a billing and delivery address in India; and

• you should have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.

Limit one entry per Seller Forums account. You must be an actively enrolled as a seller on Amazon.in with a Seller Forums account. You may enter the Contest via one of the entry methods described.

To participate, review the linked announcement for this Contest and follow the instructions to enter. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received from all eligible sellers. Our and our affiliates’ employees and their immediate family members, and associates enrolled in the Amazon Associates program are not eligible to participate.

Responses on this thread will be accepted from 25 November until 11 December, 2024, at which point 10 respondents will be randomly drawn and each awarded Amazon Pay Gift Cards worth ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand Only). We will notify the potential prize winners via their Seller Central account, and post the winner’s usernames on Forums. Potential winners will be notified as specified in the linked announcement for the Contest within 5 days of the end of the Contest, and once notified, such sellers will have 72 hours to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours or if the potential winner is deemed ineligible prior to the prize being awarded, Amazon may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate potential winner.

By entering the Contest, you agree that Amazon and its affiliates, the prize provider(s), and Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter, will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against any liability or loss, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, for all matters related to your acceptance, possession, experience with, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Contest. You also agree to a release of any claims to intellectual property or proprietary knowledge that you choose to include in your response or submission to the Contest.

By entering the Contest, you consent to your Amazon Seller Forums username being shared publicly if you are selected as a winner. If the prize is an Amazon Pay Gift Card (“GC”), each winner must have or will need to create an Amazon.in account in order to redeem the GC. The GC are issued by Pine Labs Private Limited and may only be used in accordance with the GC terms. See Amazon Pay Gift Cards issued by Pine Labs for complete terms and conditions. Except as required by law, the GC cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. To redeem or view a GC balance, visit “Your Account” on Amazon.in.

Amazon is not responsible if any GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If the GC is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. . We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in our discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

Amazon is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest.

We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any seller found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person/ entity / seller.

If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The e-mail address associated with the seller's registered account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant seller and must comply with these T&Cs in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having access to seller's registered account. The seller is the legal person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. Except as provided herein, no benefits/ prizes greater than those described above in these T&Cs will be awarded.

By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Amazon and/or any of its employees or agents from any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of Prize(s), in connection with any activity for this Contest or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize(s) or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of Amazon. Further, you agree to bear all the personal taxation that might arise out of the winnings from this Contest and shall not look to Amazon and/or any of their employees or agents for payment of the same and/or any dispute arising from the same.

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The Contest and all accompanying materials are copyrighted 2024 by Amazon or its affiliates. All rights reserved. If you win a Prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the Prize for cash. You agree that the decisions of Amazon related to the Contest are final. Failure by Amazon to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.

This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Amazon ("Force Majeure Event"). Amazon shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participating sellers in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
