Duplicate Accounts -- How to remove old account

Hello,

I am trying to get my Account Health violation fixed. It's saying I have duplicate accounts. I started with one account, well call it "A" and now I have another one "B". I need to actually CLOSE "A", but I have no way to log into it and not sure how to remove it. I don't want "A" because it's a business under another LLC. I have an LLC for "B", specifically for Amazon.

Please give me the steps I need to remove the account "A"

Thank you for the information concerning the current status of your account. I understand it is at risk due to an association to another account. To prevent any issues to your account moving forward, you will need to resolve the issues on account ‘A’. Once you have identified the issues impacting, you will need to provide documents or other details to resolve the issue.

In terms of being unable to access the account, are you receiving a specific error when attempting to access your other markets or your other account? Would you be able to provide additional information regarding this?
