How do I escalate against seller support associates? Repeatedly asking the information that is already given
Amazon Seller Support is really pathetic. Most support person are idiot morons who don’t want to do any work. I don’t want to use these words but seems Amazon leaves me no choice.
I searched for escalating the amazon seller support and found the one question asked by me few years back.
That shows how much amazon doesn’t care about their sellers.
The support people are consistently asking the details which are already attached in the tickets. I think they are getting paid by number of support issues they replies without reading/checking anything.
