Hello fellow sellers and Amazon support,
I’ve been a seller on Amazon for over 5–6 years and have always received my disbursements on the regular weekly payment cycle without any issues. However, recently, all my available funds have suddenly been moved to the Account Level Reserve, and my disbursement shows 0 funds available to withdraw.
This has never happened before, and it’s seriously affecting my cash flow and ability to continue normal business operations.
Important points to note:
My account health is in good standing.
All performance metrics, including order defect rate, late shipment rate, and cancellation rate, are well within acceptable thresholds.
There are no policy violations or unresolved issues on my account.
I’ve contacted Seller Support multiple times, but only received generic, forwarded messages without a clear explanation.
I’ve also searched multiple Amazon forums across different countries and found that many other sellers are facing the same issue, but no concrete solution is provided.
I’m reaching out here hoping for help or clarification:
Why were my funds suddenly placed in reserve after years of regular payouts?
What exactly triggered this change despite a clean account history?
When can I expect my next payment?
Any assistance or input from experienced sellers or Amazon moderators would be greatly appreciated. Holding back seller funds without a proper explanation or timeline can seriously impact day-to-day operations.
