Fake buyers
Some buyers are rejecting the orders when it is attempted for delivery. I am not sure they why they have to order it first. I have couple of questions. My product selling prices is less than 200. If it is returned RTO is thrice the delivery charges. I am new to Amazon and already stuck with PPC and loosing all the money on it. I can improve on PPC, but I am not sure how you all handling this fake return and rejection and the accumulating charges on these.
Does Amazon has any support for seller on these fake return or rejection? Any suggestion on how to handle them?

This is a genuine issue, but your response does not address the seller’s concern.
Even if He provide the order ID, will the company refund these charges or recover them from the customer?
For example:
If a product costs ₹200 and there is a delivery charge of ₹70, then ₹70 more is charged for return, and another ₹70 for replacement — the seller ends up losing money.
In fact, in this case, the seller suffers a loss of ₹10, with both the product and the money gone.
This is a major drawback in the system

These fake buyers are employed by big sellers to reduce the sale of your products, if your product is returned by buyers more often then amazon algorithm will not show your product to new buyers, your product will go lower in the stack, Amazon is a platform where only big sellers with huge capital can make profit, all the small sellers lose money and go bankrupt in few years, Amazon India is the re incarnation of EAST INDIA COMPANY it only profits the rich sellers

rto return has no charges on any marketplaces only customer return is chargeable which is thrice as you are saying
