I am trying to sell a medical device on amazon as PL. Amazon asked me a list of documents for the listing to be approved. I did provide the documents. However, it keeps asking me about invoice and manufacturer's device listing despite the fact that i have provided these documents. Is there any misunderstanding on my part regarding these documents? I am posting the content of the email for guidance. Thanks
"What actions do I need to take?
To reactivate your ASINs, send the following documentation and information:
-- The device name as it appears in the manufacturer’s device listing.
-- A scanned copy of authorized purchase order, invoice OR letter (written in English) from the manufacturer confirming that the device was purchased from the manufacturer. The document should be image of the original document with the manufacturer's signature/seal stamp."

It is if it clearly states that the manufacturer owns the rights to the design/product and you are authorized to brand it with your brand name

I wanted to chime in to ensure you had our help page specific to these products, as it does confirm that:
"On Amazon, only sellers participating in the Professional Healthcare Program (PHC) are permitted to sell Rx medical devices."
Can you confirm if you are a part of that program currently? You might also find this Seller University video on invoice requirements to be insightful!
