Brand Registered Listing Hijacked by Chinese Brand
My brand registered private label listing was hijacked by Chinese brand Mnixy (A2QYG9B2RITGLV, Boutique House), where the brand name and title were changed to Mnixy from airfry. Listing below:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BD6ZPCKZ
It appears the Chinese seller is in the process of hijacking the second child ASIN, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BD6MQD8S, by changing the brand name to Generic first, then their brand name.
I have reached out to SC multiple times. It's been escalated to the catalog team, but as the listing is hijacked I'm not showing as the brand owner. I have supplied the original email listing approval from 09/05/22, brand registry approval email, GS1 UPC prefix certification, screen shot of brand registry showing ownership of my brands. I have reported the violation in Brand Registry but I keep getting the "there is no violation for the violation type selected". Unfortunately, there is no "listing hijacked" option to report. The listing is now mapped to the hijacked brand Mnixy, and the catalog team has made it impossible to change back to my brand name. I find it so frustrating that a Chinese seller can come in, hijack the listing, and then I have hit roadblock after roadblock within Amazon Brand Registry and Seller Central as the original and rightful owner of the listing. A simple review of the listing history would prove this out, unsure what to do for next steps. Please advise.

If you have a good product, a Chinese factory will steal it. You can count on that. Be careful how you file for complaints in the Brand Registry site. My copyrighted design is being stolen by a Chinese factory and after filing multiple complaints with the RAV tool, it was removed but they came right back up again with different ASINS. I was banned from using RAV for believe it or not "abusing the system", whatever that means, and now I am unable to find the new ASINS to file another complaint, so they shut me up. The Brand REgistry system doesn't work when it is being manipulated.

I am facing the same issue, here is the main thread I made

In my case the brand name of our Oracle Deck was changed to Hweryho, which apparently sells cooking oil, so nothing to do with us.
I hired someone to try and fix it, they made numerous cases in seller support but no solution yet.
I've just reported the violation in account health according to the procedure described here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/ae0f99fb-cbbe-43c3-a868-c562a36e21dc hopefully that will help

Hi @Seller_cA4cAebzoSl3j
I see that both products are branded as 'Generic' and are showing accurately!
If you send me the case where you attempted to correct the title, I can escalate it to the correct team!
