Amazon Easyship miss pickup by easyship. Amazon still not take action against easyship pickup service.

Dear Amazon Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint and request immediate action regarding repeated missed pickups for my Easy Ship orders. Despite opting for the Easy Ship service, I am facing persistent issues that are severely affecting my business operations.

Order details:

Order ID: 403-3700472-8154734

Issue: The pickup for this order was missed repeatedly over two days. Despite lodging a complaint, the issue was not resolved, leading to the automatic cancellation of the order.

Order ID: 404-9215297-8725148

Current issue: Similar to the previous order, the pickup has been missed, and there is no communication from the pickup team. I am concerned that this order will also be automatically canceled if the pickup is not completed promptly.

Additionally, I have tried multiple times to highlight this issue through the following case IDs:

Case ID: 9883335032

Case ID: 9878479762

Case ID: 9884821792

However, despite my efforts, the issue remains unresolved. These ongoing issues with the Easy Ship service are causing significant inconvenience and impacting my ability to meet customer expectations. I request immediate action to ensure the following:

Prompt pickup of order 404-9215297-8725148 to prevent its cancellation.

Investigation and resolution of the missed pickup for order403-3700472-8154734.

Steps to prevent such issues in the future, including a review of the pickup process and accountability for repeated failures.

Assurance that I will receive a call from the Easy Ship pickup team tomorrow to arrange for the pickup of the pending courier.

A conversation with a senior executive to discuss this ongoing issue and find a permanent resolution.

Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a swift resolution. Hi. This messaging board or the cases you raised are not going to help you.

Please follow the below steps for all the easy ship orders.

1) If the pickup is not done by 6:30 PM on the scheduled day, fill the pickup re-attempt form. This (Alone) will inform the Easyship team that the pickup was missed and it will be scheduled for the next day. You will receive a confirmation number. Save that number corresponding to each request.

2) This affects the local ATS hub's score in a negative way and they don't want that. So in most of the cases the pickup happens immediately once the form is filled.

3) There are chances that the pickup does not happen on the second day as well. Repeat the same procedure. Fill the form and save the confirmation number.

4) When the person comes for pickup, make sure you develop a good rapo with him and get his contact number. You can just call him next time you have a pickup.
