Premium shipping (FBM) & Pending Order problem
Hello fellow sellers,
I offer premium shipping for orders placed by 2 PM, and Amazon expects me to ship these orders the same day. I'm totally fine with this process; however, yesterday an order came in at 12 AM, stayed pending for more than 4 hours, and around 4 PM was marked as unshipped. Normally, I'm not required to ship an order placed at 4 PM on the same day, but according to Amazon, the order time is 12 AM. I created the label, but unfortunately, this situation will negatively impact my OTDR metrics.
Has anyone else faced this kind of problem?
