Trouble Re-Upgrading to Professional Plan + Verification Error

Hi everyone,I’ve been trying to upgrade my selling plan back to the Professional plan, but I keep running into issues. Every time I try to submit the updated information, I get the following error:“Could not save details – You have attempted to modify a value which cannot be changed right now. Please refresh the page to see the updated state.”And also:“Provided information needs correction – The information entered does not match the submitted document. Please update provided information and resubmit.I’ve confirmed that my name matches my driver’s license exactly ,and I uploaded a valid license and bank statement. I even tried refreshing the page and resubmitting multiple times. Still no luck.When I contacted Amazon support, they said they couldn’t assist because the issue isn’t related to seller identity verification — even though it clearly is.Has anyone else experienced this? How did you fix it?Any help or advice would mean a lot!Thanks in advance! All I’m trying to do is to go back to my Professional plan.

It looks like you are trying to move USA back to Professional selling plan, is that correct? You should be able to do so by following the steps on this page.

You should also be able to reach out to Seller Support by following this link for support in changing your plan.

If you are still having issues, please do share your most recent case # below and the screen shot where you are seeing the above error when trying to switch to Professional.
