Shipment received in full, showing no inventory or FC processing

Hello fellow sellers and Amazon,

I sent a box of inventory July 10, 2024 of 100 units to FBA Amazon. The shipment was received July 18, 2024, then finally checked in and shipment closed by Amazon August 28, 2024. The inventory is not showing in FC processing, inventory or sales. When I check which distribution centers it was sent to, it only shows Las Vegas, then shipment closed. Under shipments tab, it says 0 of 100 units are available for Prime.

I sent another shipment of 91 units of the same inventory August 24, 2024 to get some inventory in, since the July shipment was having issues, and still has not updated to FC transfer or inventory in stock.

I contacted seller support 09/12/2024 about the missing shipment and they keep telling me I have inventory in stock. Yes, I have inventory in stock and FC transferring FROM THE SHIPMENT I SENT AUGUST 24, but I am still missing the 100 units I sent in July. I have now contacted seller support multiple times to no avail. They have been no help and just send me in circles, handing me off to the next "support team" with no resolution.

The shipment tab shows "no discrepancies" which I believe is confusing the seller support, so I'm sure their script says there is no problem.

Who can I contact to escalate this issue that has the power to actually look into what happened to the inventory?

We've made a separate thread chronicling our issue, but it's a huge widespread problem.

Items go into FC processing relatively soon after being received, and then stop showing in Inventory, FC Transfer, or anywhere else.

Is this a known issue on Amazon's end? Is something being done about this outside of manually addressing individual cases? There's clearly something going wrong during the transshipment process.
