There is no button to contact them; you must check your order history and determine who made the complaint. However, Amazon will most likely want invoices for the products. All of this should be in the email they sent when you got the violation. Only do what they requested

You may find buyer complaints across a multitude of areas within seller central.
I recommend checking buyer-seller messages for any recent communication regarding the incorrect item received. There is also the voice of the customer which houses information for all of your listings and provides a rating for them. You can also see reviews within the brand registry, if you are brand registered.
All in all, you will want to provide information via the submit appeal button which is located to the right of the violation on the Account Health page. What information has been requested?
