Hello,

It has happened multiple times that Amazon requires me to use an FNSKU instead of the registered barcode, it can happen for a multitude of reasons, they will usually send you an email stating that this is now no longer a manufacturers barcode and must use Amazon barcode and a reason.

You may be able to try and create a "new condition" on that product, set it up for FBA and see if it gives you the option to select Manufacturers barcode, if not, then im sorry Amazon will be Amazon.

Hello @Seller_rCMOscf7cLHbo

Here is Ezra from Amazon. Thank you for your post.

According to Amazon policies, products lacking a manufacturer barcode for tracking or those ineligible for commingling need an Amazon barcode.

It seems that in your situation, your products aren't eligible for commingling.

To get further insights on commingling, check this help page: Use manufacturer barcodes to track inventory

Keep us updated. Cheers, Ezra
