I got a case to submit UN38.3 Test report
I have received a type of notice to submit the UN38.3 Bettery test report. I have an item doorbell, which I have been selling on Amazon for almost 2 years. This item contains a small 12V battery. Suddenly Amazon sent a notice about sending a UN38.3 test report of this bettery.
As far as I know, I think this report is only for global transport, but I do not sell globally. Also, when I have informed my Amazon-provided account manager and my selling account third-party service provider about this report, they both don't know about it. They both even know about this type of report for the first time. So, if anyone within India knows about this, then let me know.
Also, has anyone else gotten this type of notice before? Who is selling on Amazon? within India only?
