Returns for self ship orders
The product which I sell weighs around 80 kg, and I use self ship to deliver my product since amazon can only handle weight unto 25kg. The biggest problem I face during is when customer wants to return their product, seller cannot send their own transport and amazon has to return the product, since my product is so heavy Amazon never returns my product and the customer is refunded and which leads me to loss. this has happened at leat 4 times with me, Amazon needs to change this policy or make sure that we receive our product , even if I file safe t claim I don't get my full refund back only a partial amount.

edit the return settings and there is a option to edit the return authorization by self. then you can self ship your returns.
