LTL Freight - 20 days still NOT even delivered to Amazon for check-in
2 pallets picked up Aug. 28... going from upstate, ny to TEB9 in new jersey. They sat 1 week in syracuse, ny -- then transferred to carrier warehouse in newark, nj where they've been sitting. I politely call the carrier 1x per week, they always say 'they'll expedite" or will look into it. The tracking says 'in transit'.
Carrier says they've attempted delivery already once, but amazon LTL shipments regularly get turned away from TEB9. Carrier says they are going to attempt delivery again Sept. 20th.
I feel like I'm getting the run around - Is it possible for me to hire another Amazon approved LTL carrier to pick my inventory from carrier #1 warehouse then deliver to TEB9?
My listing is about 7 days away from going inactive/out of stock. I'm searching for a solution....can anyone help?

Oh, I can easily beat you: my shipment was DELIVERED to Amazon on August 25, 21 days ago, and it didn't make it yet to "Checked in".
