Have you tried looking in "Cancelled Orders"?

Note: Other than the order # & item Amazon will remove any buyer information since the order was cancelled.

Its helpful to print the packing slip before you cancel an order so that you have a copy of the person and address should it come back up later. Amazon will remove this info after you cancel it.
