Not letting me close my account
I stopped trading more than a year ago, after Amazon suspended me, and refuse to accept my millions of appeals.
Now I am trying to close my account, but when I click on "Close Account", it takes me to the case log page.
We all know that the only response you get from there is that "This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal". Regardless, I submitted my query there, and got the same response....
How do I go about getting my funds and closing my account? I have not sold anything in more than 12 months

You cannot close an account unless it is in good standing.
To get your funds, you will need to address the reason that they were held in the first place. Go back to your notice that your account was suspended.
Depending on the reason you were suspended, if you cannot reinstate your account, you may need to seek the advice of an attorney to go to arbitration; but be aware that if you were suspended for IP violations, unless you have very good proof that you did no wrong, you are unlikely to get any money; consult your attorney if this is the case (although depending on how much money Amazon is holding, it may be cheaper to simply walk away)

Hello @Seller_8Nhd50p9aZCjq
I understand you are trying to have your selling account closed.
I am sure you were provided this information in the case # that you referenced above, but here is a link on steps to take before you can close your account.
- Fulfill any outstanding orders.
- Wait 90 days after your last sale to ensure the A-to-z Guarantee claims period is honored.
- Wait until you have a zero balance in your account (your next disbursement or charge date).
- Resolve all of your transactions with buyers, including issuing any necessary refunds.
- Confirm that your bank account information on file is up-to-date to receive a final payment.
- Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.
If you believe you have satisfied all of the above, please do share the case # you have opened with Seller Support.
