You should check your listings to see if they are Buy Box/Featured Offer Eligible. The old layout in Manage Inventory use to have separate column for Feature Offer Eligible but they removed it so the easiest way to check is to click on any listing that you have inventory in that is Active and see if you are the main Buy Box seller or at least the secondary side Buy Box on the main Amazon.com website. If you aren't Buy Box/Feature Offer Eligible then you are invisible to most of the buyers here on Amazon.
Amazon loves to throttle 3rd party sellers especially FBM because they make less money in fees from FBM so they give precedence to FBA. It doesn't make this marketplace better for the customer but it makes the marketplace more profitable for the monopoly called Amazon.

This month is our worst month so far since 2011. Especially past 10 days were sudden drop. I can't even shop myself on Amazon as search comes up with so many irrelevant sponsored products. It feels like I am on a free download software website with so many scam "click here to download" large flashing buttons. Amazon maybe making lots of money with those useless clicks on their advertising side but in the long term it will be the end for them. They have to bring relevant filter back on searches, forcing "featured"(irrelevant filter) is definitely not ethical at all in my opinion. When forum mods contact Amazon business team with this , business team declined to answer which makes it clear that they are fully aware of this unethical business practice. I hope Amazon will learn from their mistake and bring back relevancy filter again.
