Location Code on Products
Our company uses location codes to locate products in our retail store and our warehouse space; please see the image of the shoe box; the pink sticker is our location code.
Can we ship products with the code? For the last couple of years we have been pealing the stickers off before shipping, but is that needed? Does Amazon have any policy that requires removal? Best practices by others?
Thanks for the help and advice...

Hi @Seller_FFKpoSWyYKBC6,
Dominic from Amazon happy to try to help with this. When you say ship products are you referring to shipping to an Amazon FC to sell via FBA?
Best,
Dominic

Amazon requires that one and only one scannable barcode be present on the outside of the package. Since your locator sticker is not a bar code, I don't see an issue as far as Amazon is concerned. The only question would be if a customer complains. Does it make your product look like it's counterfeit? Or that you purchased it from a brick & mortar and are now trying to flip it on Amazon?
