Easy ship to self ship
I selected Self shipping for my new products, but it is using Easy Ship method and when I receive an order, it asks to schedule the pick up where also I get error and I can't schedule a pick up.
I called up customer care and the lady sent me a form to move to self ship. I filled the form but after 1 week also it is showing Easy Ship method and on the product page, it shows Amazon Delivered with my product. How can I move to Self Shipping method?
