i have being facing issue of missing units from consignment sent through ats
amazon is rejecting the claims .
are u people also facing similar issues
what are you doing to resolve the issue
should we jointly take up this issue with amazon
what is the alternative to ATS .Is there any other courier service which is reliable.

We lost computers sent to them and they are denying it. Open stealing is happening and thieves are telling that they are not the thieves. Lost lakhs of rupees. BLR5 this happened

Move with Legal Action along with a group of sellers which would help in putting this issue on fast track and teaching amazon a good lesson

My Shipment Id: FBA15GQ8SQDS I had sent 30 units in one single box on 04 march 2023 but it is still showing receiving and till now only showing 17 units received out of 30 Units. On checking it is only saying Distributor Damaged. My 13 units are lost and more over to it yesterday I received an email saying those received 17 units are Non fulfillable I.e ( non sellable) and requires to be removed.
Contacting help in not getting any solid solution to the problem and they are giving only cosmetic answers.
Such cheap practices at Amazon are surprising. Now who is going to refund for the lost stolen 13 units and what about the Non fulfillable issue.
If this issue is not resolved it is better not to do business with Amazon.
