Conversion from Individual to Professional!
Dear members, I have a query regarding account conversion from individual to professional by using LLC. If I am the owner of Amazon account (Individual) on whose ID details the account is created, can I use my mother's LLC to convert my account to professional. The LLC is single member and my mother is sole member. I need expert opinion in terms of Amazon and legally as well. If not how can I be able to use my mother's LLC?

You don't need an LLC - an in no way an LLC that doesn't belong to your name - to transform your account. Just upgrade from "Individual selling plan" to "Professional selling plan".
