I have been denied a SAFE-T claim with the reason that "You have exceeded the acceptable limit of filing SAFE-T claims."
I had shipped 3 products in a order and received back a different item in return.
Is this reason justified ?

It is because of Repeatedly filling safe't claim , It is not your fault neither amazon fault they have policy in written and you accepting that policy at the time of enrolling in seller central. But you should need to increase your product cost so in future you can bear any Damaged or Lost product loss.

i had face this issues in past. so that i moved to FBA now wrong returns not happening.

We are also facing the same and at the end of the day we are not getting any profit. Some amount we are losing here in Safety Claim that is equal to what we get in profit so there is nothing we get.

AMAZON is just destroying small BUSINESSES and most of the customers , delivery agents & pickup boys are also doing SCAMS (like changing labels in RETURN, getting products then REPLACEMENT AND THEN REFUND ) Where we can raise this issue to help IF NOT HERE IN FORUM.
AMAZON SHOULD ENGAGE SELLERS TO SOLVE THIS BIG ISSUE ASAP.

start doing FBA. otherwise your account will be suspended for being file multiple claim. although after suspension you recover your account no longer enough sales will generated. @Noor_Amazon_
