I am Amandeep Gupta owner of a brand (say brand ABC) and I am the share holder and director of the company (name visible in MCA data and GST certificate as well), so do I need to give brand authorisation from Amandeep Gupta to my Private Limited company to sell that Brand ABC on Amazon? If yes then how will Amazon cross check the authenticity of brand authorisation letter submitted by company account from individual director?

please help me on brand registry. i have submitted all the required documents like trademark certificate and product images but my brand is still not approved. i spent money on trademark registration but amazon is not helping me to register my brand in brand registry when i submit the appeal every time i get same template reply from amazon team member. i received this same template reply 8 times on my appeal, here is the amazon reply.

Your Brand Registry appeal request for brand “United Skull” has been rejected.

Why did this happen?

This decision was made due to one or more of the following reasons:

a) your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog;

b) your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies,

c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification,

d) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging;

e) you have a selling account that is de-activated, or f) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below).
