AGL Importer of Record (IOR) E-signature issue
Hi,
I’m trying to send using AGL for the first time, but am having an issue trying to apply to be the Importer of Record (IOR).
The last piece is providing an E-signature for the Import power of attorney document, but the link that they send for the signature says that it’s expired.
I’ve been trying to reach support for 2 days, but apparently AGL has a special support that doesn’t do chat or the call me option.
Has anyone experienced this before or have any tips?

Thank you for reaching out to us in Forums. Have you tried entering information using different browsers, or clearing your history and cache before reattempting? When did you last contact AGL support?
