Customer asks for refund for a non returnable item (claiming the product color is not what she wants)
A buyer purchased an personal item which the listing already indicated is non-returnable. She claimed the item is not the medium brown color she wants (it is clearly marked on the outsie package as medium brown from the manufacture). She now asks for refund (without even mentioning return etc.) Any advice here how to reply? Thank you so much for your kind help!

Do not confuse non-returnable with non-refundable. Buyers may return anything for any reason or no reason. If the item is non-returnable, that just means the return part is eliminated from the process.
