Pending orders

I'm new to FBA and trying to find out what's going on with my 15+ pending orders waiting for payment. I switched to FBA becasue they said that this will run smoother and I could focus on my next project, but instead, I have to make sure that my inventory is going to FBA, not FBM, or not stranded, etc. This has all been a challenge for me and is making me regret switching to FBA.

This is totally normal. Amazon cannot charge the buyer's credit card until they ship. And so it remains in pending. Now, if you have pending orders for 30+ days, that's something to be concerned about.

The most important thing to keep in mind is that Amazon handles everything for an FBA order. So don't worry about it; if there's a problem, it's Amazon's problem, not yours.

But as stated, this is totally normal.

Hello @Seller_2fTVAn52LA3ID

As @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY mentioned, Pending Orders are common on Amazon.

Below are some reasons you may see pending orders, including some FBA-specific reasons. If these are pending for an extended period I can request an escalation, but in most cases it's a matter of waiting.
