ASIN FOR SOLD OUT ITEM
The size for the particular woman's shoe we are trying to list is sold out, so we can't click on it to get the ASIN, so we can re-list it. We reached out to Amazon for help and maybe they misunderstood, but they told us that we need to figure out the ASIN and let them know it...how are we going to do that if we can't click on it since it's grayed out?
Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.

So, this is a shoe that you haven't ever sold before (and therefore it's not in your inventory)?
Product ASINs are part of the URL and they are also listed on the product detail page in the section called "Product Details".

Is this an issue you are still trying to resolve? As @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY stated, you can find the ASIN in the product detail of page even if the size is sold out.

Did you ever get a good answer to this? I have this issue as well. I have been able to find a few of the ASINs by pasting a version of the ASIN I want - perhaps a different size or color. Then in Keepa, you can click on the Variations tab and hope to find your color/size. It doesn't always work because the data just isn't there.
