product review or seller feedback
Amazon wont remove this because they say it isn't a product review. And it is a seller feedback.
I guess i just don't understand.
when i read it. all i read is a review of the item and the clasp being bad..
hopefully someone can explain it better than seller supports answer.
but it is a 1 star seller feedback.
'There is something wrong with the clasp. Hitting even a small bump causes the whip to fall off. After my first one fell off and got run over I bought a second one (thinking maybe I attached it incorrectly) but the same thing happened. FYI, I have been riding for many years and have used a get back whip for most of them. The whip itself is beautiful but something is up with the clasp…sorry.'
