Wrong EAN code entered for 2 products - how to change it
While listing, we have entered the wrong EAN codes for our products, basically switching EAN codes on 2 products.
The customers started receiving the wrong products. Now we have stranded inventory and have switched temporarily to FBM.
How to change that? We are brand owners.

Hey @Seller_Bp0umuLp6O1O1, you might find the "Troubleshooting missing or mismatched product IDs" section of this help page useful. It advises that "If your product matches to the wrong product on Amazon, see Correct an error on a product detail page." You can self-service this, but this doesn't work, feel free to open a case with Seller Support and let me know the case ID.
