Yea true we also suffer from that same issue without any problem customer return tge product and amazon send me warning mail reagarding High return of product . The customer janbuj ke return the product and receive refund. @amazon plz look into this matter so that seller can get releive from that type of frauds.

We are facing this issue since 2017 and have been repeatedly raising this to amazon but they are not upgrading their processes.
We send a pack of 6, we only 2 in return.
We send a cloth, we get an earphone in return.
We send a fragile item in corrugated box, we get the item in plastic bag in return.
Amazon pickup agents donot verify the quantity of items, packaging tampering, or even whether the customer is returning the same item that they have ordered.

Same thing is happening with most of the sellers on Amazon. Amazon only cares about customer and not about sellers. Customers are returning products without any genuine reason. Also, customers are returning wrong products and no one at Amazon is ready to hear anything. Amazon also charge everything from seller and customer is free to do anything without any specific reason.
If Amazon don’t change its policies for return, very soon most of the sellers step back from Amazon and will start selling on other marketplaces.
