Selling branded products but there is no branding on the product
Relatively new seller here. I have some questions and wanted to get the opinion from some of you on here.
I have some products that I get directly from the manufacturer of a certain brand but the issue is that due to the nature of the products, there is no branding on them. As for the boxes they come in, they come in bulk so often times there are 25-100 units per box depending on the products.
I see other sellers selling the same products but they are listed under their own store name and brand. I'm just wondering how I could do that since whenever I try to sell it as a branded product, it asks for picture proof of the products with the brand logo, etc. The other sellers who sell the same products as me don't have any branding on them when ordering their products so I'm wondering how they got passed the verification steps of selling something with a name brand.

So, in fact, these are copies = counterfeits = fake. Depending the brand this can put you in big legal troubles. First of all do a deep research if there is a design patent on this products.

As mentioned, one of the options will be to enlist the product as generic, however keep in mind, if in the future you set Brand registry for this product and try to update the product, to add the brand name on the detail page, you will need to enlist the product again, causing for you to lose all the reviews.
Most of the brand owners, when the nature of the product does not allow it, they add their brand label on the package that contain the product.
