Bestseller being ruined by fake unverified reviews that aren't even about our product!
@Danika_Amazon we have been trying for months now to get some help from Amazon regarding 2 UNVERIFIED reviews on our best selling product that have nothing to do with out product. We have tried contacting Amazon half a dozen different ways but nothing has happened and we are desperate for help here.
1. The first review is for a similar product but the customer's photos show a different brand name on the product. This is misleading customers thinking our product is the one that is shown in a very negative way, all broken and damaged. This review is not for our product!
2. The second review is titled "SCAM" and has nothing to do with out product, it talks about being charged 100s for return shipping (we ship via FBA so this makes no sense) among other things completely unrelated to the product. This is not a genuine product review!
Again both of these are unverified reviews, we have no idea who left them (competitors?) but each 1-star review is equivalent to wiping out something like 25 5-star reviews. Think about how hard we have to work to get honest, genuine 5-star reviews, and how it feels to lose all that to these fake irrelevant reviews.
We only have about 50 reviews total, we used to have a 5/5 star product that was AMAZON'S CHOICE until these hit, now we are almost back down to 4 stars. Completely unfair and very frustrating, this is not how good product quality and customer service should be rewarded!
We work so extremely hard to and I am sure you know the impact a couple of critical reviews can. It's completely unfair and we have done nothing to deserve this.
We would be eternally grateful if you could help us get this figured out before Big Deal Days/the holidays kick into gear.

OK, 2 things, for what it's worth
More than a few stupid reviews anyone with half a brain knows make no sense, you have negative seller feedback that are product reviews and that you can have removed, simply requesting removal.
As for your product....I don't think it's 1 or 2 bad reviews that ruin your sales, but continues issues with quality control, knife handles that fall apart, blades that are chipping, and complaints that they appear 'fake" and not as advertised.
