You can now check your Q3 STEP level (Basic, Standard, Advanced or Premium) which was determined by your performance from April 1 to June 30, 2025.

Based on your STEP level for this evaluation period, your new performance-based benefits will apply from July 5, 2025 to October 4, 2025.

STEP is a benefits programme that provides customised and actionable recommendations to help you improve key customer experience metrics.

With STEP, you are evaluated at the start of every quarter based on your performance in the previous quarter. Our quarterly evaluation cycle allows you to improve your STEP performance and unlock new benefits, including fee waivers, faster disbursement cycles, priority Selling Partner Support and free Service Provider Network credits.

My Service quality sccore is 82/100 and sales is above 6lacs of last quarter but why currently i am in standard lever,even this score is qualify for advance level.
