New Testing Requirements & Procedures for Supplements
Wondering if any sellers of supplements have had issues with the new testing requirements/procedures instituted a few weeks ago by Amazon.
We paid a lot of money and put forth a lot of effort to meet the new requirements and so far, the level of incompetence on the Amazon side as well as Eurofins has been over the top. Nobody seems to know how the new procedures work at all.
Prior to this new procedure the testing reports were sent directly to us and uploaded by us but now the testing reports are supposed to be uploaded to Amazon directly by the testing agencies, but no one can tell us how and when this might happen despite making promises of specific dates that so far have not been met.
Wondering if any other sellers have had a test report successfully uploaded through the new TRF request system?

I'm sorry you have had delays with your compliance documents for your dietary supplements. I'd like to review if there is any information I can provide from my end. Do you have a recent Seller Support or other Amazon Case ID on this issue that I can review?
I cannot guarantee that I will be able to get your products to complete compliance review but I will provide your feedback and experience to the appropriate leadership.
