Selling Coffee in Grocery and Gourmet Category

I have applied to sell in the Grocery and Gourmet Category to sell my coffee brand. However, I have submitted all the information required and I am still getting rejected. My case ID is 14507108451, please help.

I'm sorry you have had some issues attempting to get approval for this Brand. In some instances Amazon won't be able to share why you are not eligible to apply for a specific brand or are not accepted. You can review your documents with your supplier to try to determine if something is wrong with the documentations but due to the internal nature of this review process the specifics are confidential.
