If you have brand approval and getting from a brand authorized wholesale distributor, you would have no problem selling branded products.

In most cases you should be able to apply to list products and brands that require approval by following the steps while attempting to add the products to your inventory. When doing so you should be sure that you have appropriate documentation as indicated on the Guidelines to source products to sell on Amazon and Invoice requirements for when you apply to sell help pages. Please note that not all products or brands are accepting applications and you will want to ensure you have a good relationship with your suppliers and the Brand.
