Transparency program products listing
Good morning, it came to my mind this, what happens if you buy from the rightful owner of the brand, you get your invoice, pay for it and the product have all the transparency information required to list and ship to amazon, but the company gave to one seller by contract the authorization to be the only one who can sell in amazon, it is that Monopoly or a business decision from the Brand owner to sell in niche regardless this affect all others that have been selling for long in this platform also there is a possibility they can retaliate to those who decide to keep selling all brands this company own and cancel their long time accounts of the sellers buying from them.
I will lose over a hundred listings due to the transparency Program that I bought directly from the Brand owner.
Questions or doubts:
Been that true will Amazon act against us the sellers?
How are we protected by Amazon if that happens?
What Happens if there is the possibility when you buy from the rightful owner or any authorize distributor (wholesaler), will Amazon honor the right to sell if we comply with the Transparency Program, regardless this seller has the contract to be the only one authorized to sell in Amazon?
Hope anyone from amazon gives us heads up what will really happen.

No. If the brand owner instructs Amazon to allow ONE only seller selling his brand, Amazon is not allowed to let you list the same brand.
Don't even send products to Amazon anymore. You risk that they will be confiscated and distroyed.
I am not from Amazon, but if a mod steps in she/he will tell you the same thing.
