GTIN application link does not work - unable to create my product
After following the video supplied by amazon, going through every possible link I can find referencing GTIN exemption - I am constantly redirected to a page that tells me to go back and apply again, creating an endless circle
I follow these steps
- Create a new product and select "I'm adding a product not sold on amazon"
- Click the "I don't have a product code" checkbox
- Click the "Apply now" button
- I am the redirected to a page that tells me to go back and do all the steps I just did.
- If I create a listing on the US amazon, It will redirect me to an application status page, but nowhere to actually apply
Every case I've opened up has just been responded to with the "How to apply for GTIN exemption" video I've already watched 10 times.
How can I actually reach the application page?
