Hi I enrolled my product in Vine on August 31, 2024 (40 days) and I haven't gotten any product claims. Can someone provide some insight?

There is a waiting list, Amazon did not yet offer your product to Vine customers.

I hope you have a VERY good product. Type "Vine" in the search bar here and read some threads.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am sorry to read that your product has not been picked up by a Vine Voice yet.

Vine voices have to request your product in order to receive it and eventually review and you can find that on the Amazon Vine help page.

There is a lot of useful information on the Vine frequently asked questions as well; like "What happens to the units that have not been requested by Vine Voices?" and "What is the active enrollments limit?"

The FAQ should help you with next steps should your product not receive any reviews within the 90 day period.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
