If no one picks up your orders by 6PM please fill up the form Amazon provides for this issue. If you cannot find the form at your orders backend system, please call Amazon Seller Support and ask for it. The problem starts to get serious if no one picks the orders even the second day. Then your orders are at risk of automatic cancellation from the Amazon system and you will be charged a cancellation fee. To be able to contest this cancellation fee you’ll have to show that you filled these forms each day by 6PM. Kindly ask your Seller Support to get you your POC contact details (the delivery boy designated to your location). If you already have his number, call him and ask him where he is and why he is not coming to pick your order. There are situations where the delivery boys quit their job and by mistake your location is wrongly designated to someone else who won’t come because it’s not their service area. It happened to us last month. No one serviced our location for 5 days and Seller Support was not able to help or provide a TAT. We had to take the issue in our own hands, and we drove in our personal car 6 hrs away to an Amazon center facility to personally deliver our orders and FBA inventory. No one allows you to enter there without appointment, so we had to wait for hours until an employee on a coffee break took pity on us and called someone who called someone else who called us that if we drive to the other side of the city to another Amazon facility someone there would collect our orders and FBA inventory. So we did that and after 12 hours of hassle we were able to get the job done and also get the phone number of someone who is now coming to collect our orders in case no one shows up. It was very traumatic to be honest. You simply cannot do anything and the Seller Support hasn’t helped at all. I feel like I should get a salary from Amazon for delivering their orders myself! Instead, they charged me the usual pickup fee even when I dropped them myself.
