Amazon Late Delivery report
According to Amazon I have 5 late deliveries. Interestingly it appears they do this by the minute Not the Day? And the /Promise Extension does not apply? 1) Order 7/17 Ship by 7/19, Actual Ship 7/17, Promise 7/20 6:59, Promise Extension 7/20 6:59, Actual Delivery 7/20 22:32 All Times are GMT Counted as Late delivery 2) Order 7/23, Ship by 7/24, Actual Ship 7/23, Promise 7/24 6:59, Promise Extension 7/25 6:59, Actual Delivery 7/25 15:36 All Times are GMT Counted as Late delivery 3) Order 7/22, Ship by 7/24, Actual Ship 7/23, Promise 7/25 6:59, Promise extension 7/25 6:59, Actual Delivery 7/25 19:06 All Times are GMT Counted as Late delivery 4) Order 7/20, Ship by 7/23, Actual Ship 7/22, Promise 7/25 6:59, Promise Extension 7/26 6:59, Actual Delivery 7/25 14:12 All Times are GMT Counted as Late delivery. 5) Order 7/21, Ship by 7/23, Actual Ship 7/22, Promise 7/25 6:59, Promise Extension 7/26 6:59, Actual Delivery 7/25 14:58 All Times are GMT Counted as Late delivery. These last 2 delivered a day early. So I called Seller Support after 26 min they told me to call the Account Health Dept. After 28 min on the phone with Account Health. They told me to edit my handling time because it shows same day. That cannot be edited so they told me to call Seller Support. What? This is crazy. Ship early deliver early get a Late delivery. Ship on time deliver on the correct date but after 6:59:59 GMT get hit with late delivery. Can anyone offer a rational explanation?

There is nothing rational about this absurd metric. Search the forum and you'll see you're not alone in trying to make any sense of it.

We are in the same boat. Many items say there were delivered on the "without promise extension" day and seems they have a time requirement. For instance it says 11:00 and ours was delivered at 11:05 which is hilariously ridiculous. I wonder how many sellers are going to get "at risk of deactivation" banners across their accounts in September. What a mess of a metric and completely unneeded. We were at 100% OTDR before they started this new system. Now we are at a whopping 78%!

All FBM sellers are being punished for not converting their listings to FBA.

@Jim_Amazon it should be day not day and time, sheesh, you all know that it is not under our control yet we are held responsible for it...
Seller_Qbd0RsfZFEZBY
This is not accurate, it is by the day. If you look at the report the promise by date in PDT is the last Hour/Minute/Second of the day
