Asking me to pay $39.99 while I am on individual plan!

I downgraded my plan to Individual yesterday(04-Feb-2024). Before that, it was on professional plan by default. As due to Mexico region with no individual plan option. I yesterday turned off both the Mexico and Canada store by going on vacations there and there are no products listed. Also I made sure my plan is no longer a Professional. And I still get this payment required. Why is this happening?

The $ 39.99 is for the PAST till Feb 4.. since you downgraded yesterday, you will no longer pay the monthly fee from 1st March 2024.

I wanted to add a little more information for you here. You are also eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days. Sounds like that is the case for you here.

Once you have finished setting up your account, downgrade your account to the Individual selling plan following the steps on this page. I can see that you have already done this step, and have confirmed I do see this on my end as well.

Your next step here is to contact Seller Support requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99. When doing so, be as descriptive as possible letting them know you just signed up, have downgraded to Individual and would like a reimbursement of the charge.
